Kartvo (the "App") is a free mobile application that aggregates and displays grocery deal information from publicly available flyer data sourced from Canadian retailers. The App is operated by ZeroPilot Labs Inc. (the "Company").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and a resident of Canada.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings.
Deal Accuracy: Deal information displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available retailer flyer data. Kartvo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing, availability, or deal information. Prices and offers may change without notice.
Always Verify: Always verify pricing, availability, and deals directly with the retailer or in-store before making purchasing decisions. The App is provided for informational purposes only.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KARTVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Since the App is provided free of charge, the maximum liability of Kartvo shall be $0 (zero). This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
You may terminate your account and cease use of the App at any time. Kartvo may terminate your account or access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason in its sole discretion, without notice or liability.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.
Kartvo may update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
